About the event
We are thrilled to announce our 10-week Youth Summer Intensive Program for dancers and musicians aged 5 to 16! This summer, your child will have the unique opportunity to develop their skills in dance and music while also gaining valuable life skills that will benefit them long-term.
Classes are held every Saturday June 1- July 27th, 11:00 am- 3:30 pm
Program Highlights:
- Comprehensive Training: Our summer program emphasizes the prestigious Ko-Thi Dance Company Training Curriculum, ensuring high-quality instruction and a deep understanding of the art forms.
- Dance Techniques:Level 1 Ballet Technique: Fostering grace, discipline, and foundational skills. Level 1 African Dance Technique: Introducing the vibrant and expressive movements of traditional African dance.
- Music Training: Level 1-2 Music within the Hip-Hop/West African Diaspora: Exploring rich musical betweentraditional and modern rhythms.
Performance Opportunity: Your child will have the chance to showcase their newly acquired skills in a special performance on July 27 at 1:30 PM. This performance is a wonderful opportunity for them to shine and for you to see their progress firsthand.
Instruments Provided:All necessary musical instruments will be provided, so your child can fully participate in the music training sessions.

Each class is limited to 25 students and you must register prior to class. Registrations are non-refundable after the session begins, and walks-ins will be permitted. Must pay by card at the door.
