Experience West African Mali Drum & Dance with Souleymane “Solo” Sana
Join world-class Malian master Souleymane “Solo” Sana for a special day of traditional West African rhythm and movement presented by Ko-Thi Dance Company. Solo is a former principal of Ballet du District de Bamako, artistic director of Sira Koro, founder of the Kono Gnaga NGO, and an internationally sought-after teacher and choreographer. This is a rare chance to learn authentic Mande repertoire directly from one of Mali’s leading artists.
